Privacy Statement

We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003) and have drawn up this data protection declaration in order to explain to you, in accordance with the requirements of the EU Basic Data Protection Regulation, what information we collect, how we use data and what decision-making options you have as a visitor to this website.

Contact us

If you contact us via form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for at least six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. There are three categories of cookies: cookies that are absolutely necessary to ensure the basic functions of the website, functional cookies to ensure the performance of the website and targeted cookies to improve the user experience. They are not harmful.

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you when cookies are set and you only allow this in individual cases. The procedure for this is different depending on the browser, best you search the manual for your browser (IE, Edge, Firefox, Safari, …) in Google with the search term “cookies delete” or “cookies disable”.

If you do not generally allow us to use cookies, i.e. deactivate them via browser settings, some functions and pages will not function as expected.

Web-Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service “Google Analytics”. The provider is Google Inc.,1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

We have activated the function “IP Anonymization” on this website. This shortens your IP address before it is transmitted to the USA and can no longer be assigned to a specific person. Only a rough localization is possible. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with Google for order data processing in which Google assures compliance with the EU data protection basic regulation DSGVO. Google is also certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield.

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (justified interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web appearance. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised and therefore no longer has any direct reference to a person.
